GARDEN DESIGN: with Alli Croft, Saturday 8th May 10.30am - £30 -FULLY BOOKED-
This course offers the opportunity to explore the art of garden design from concept to completion and will look at the many aspects involved in creating an individual garden . Discover how to achieve a garden which both inspires and enhances your outdoor space. There will be an opportunity to discuss your own garden designs and have your question answered.
MEET THE CHEF: Join us for a chance to meet and see our Head Chef Radek
producing seasonal healthy foods, Saturday 8th May 10.30am - £30
A wonderful opportunity to watch Head Chef Radek, cooking up culinary delights with a wealth of fresh seasonal ingredients, all sourced from our local suppliers within the Ribble Valley. This course will offer a helpful insight into cooking a range of dishes, with helpful tips and advice for the enthusiastic home cook.
PROPAGATION MASTERCLASS: with John Foley, Wednesday 12th May 10am - £30
Award winning gardener and owner of Holden Clough Nursery, John Foley, teaches the skills needed to divide and propagte your perennials and grow your stock of healthy plants. This course will cover all aspects of dividing and propagating, and there will be an opportunity to put your own questions to John at the end of the session. This really is a popular course and early booking is recommended.
